JT5D is provided with digital indicator. It is available for digital indication and the measuring result can be printed out. Horizontal light path is adopted in the instrument. The instrument not only is used for measuring of profile compare, but also for coordinate measurement. A large worktable is adopted, which has a large measuring range and load. Adopting telecentric system for objective and illumination of parallel light, the measuring error is small. As objectives are converted in direct-inserted way and fitted in with cone and pressed by spring, the accuracy to center is high. Large working distance of each objective is available to examine parts with bigger size. Worktable′s moving up and down is operated by a motor, it is easy to operate. The instrument is suitable to examine and measure contour and surface shape of the parts with complex shape. For example: cam, templet, gear, punched pieces, cutters, tools and parts. It is widely used in the industrial departments of electron, textile, machine and instrument manufacture etc. |
